Kyocera Echo

People are always looking for the next big thing in technology. Well bloggers I have found it. The new Sprint Kyocera Echo. This phone is advertised slightly but will later be available on the Sprint network later in the spring. The phone will cost $199.99 with a two-year contract. It is a dual screen phone. One screen of the phone comes up to 3.5 inch and when you put it together it adds up to an 4.7 inch screen. It has a 5- megapixel camera and a 720HD video camera.
This phone comes in four different modes. They are standard, tablet, optimized, and simultasking. In the standard mode in works as a regular touch screen phone would in the tablet mode lets one view app and other things on both screens. In optimized mode one is able to view an app on one screen and go more in depth on another screen. Simultasking does the same however, more advance using two apps on the same screen. This mode is only available for the seven main apps that come wit any phone.

There are several concerns with the phone such as the battery life. It lasts up to 5 hours however Sprint provides the buyer with two batteries and a charger. Believe you will run out of room doubt it. They install an 1GB internal memory and provide an 8GB memory card with the device. They however, have comprimised the 4G availabilty due to they wanted to keep the cost down. There are still questions arousing. What is the warranty on this particular phone? How fluent is the web and app life? Lastly, can the screens be easily broken?
